I'm Walking for WAGEC, we are walking for freedom.
I’m walking to call for an end to violence against women and children. Too many of us have been impacted by domestic violence whether it be personally or through watching women we love and it is time to come together in support of women, to uplift, empower and encourage one another to get to freedom. We all deserve a life free from fear, pain and abuse.
Last year domestic violence was declared a national crisis. It’s time we demanded more and supported the women and children affected by violence in our community.
